Cyber Security Services:

  • Cyber Security Audit: Perform an Audit with a partner IT company to understand if your company is in compliance with the current local, state, and federal guidelines. Check to understand the documented information that your business has in place. Performing scans of your systems to see if there are open ports, and checking the dark web for emails that have been compromised.
  • Cyber Incident Response and Disaster Recover Plans: After putting a strong Cyber Insurance Policy in place we will work closely with your IT department and leadership team to create Cyber Incident Response and Disaster Recovery Plans. These plans are created to have the entire team on the same page if a Cyber Incident occurs. Making sure that everyone is trained and properly understands who to report an incident to and in the correct timing is crucial.
  • CMMC Compliance: CMMC (Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification) is a system of compliance levels that helps the government, specifically the Department of Defense, determine whether an organization has the security necessary to work with controlled or otherwise vulnerable data.
  • HIPAA Compliance: The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) sets the standard for sensitive patient data coverage. Companies that deal with better protect health information (PHI) must have a physical, network, and process security measures in place and follow them to ensure HIPAA Compliance.
  • GDPR Compliance: At its core, GDPR Compliance means an organization that falls within the scope of the General Data Coverage Regulation (GDPR) meets the requirements for properly handling personal data as defined in the law. The GDPR outlines certain obligations organizations must follow which limit how personal data can be used.

Loss Control Services:

  • Employee Handbook Review and Audit: This day in age, it isn’t impossible to comply with employment policies, but it is improbable. We provide full handbook audits to confirm you have the appropriate information that is up to date with local, state and federal standards.
  • Create / Audit Safety Manuals: Too many businesses are doing the right thing with safety trainings and meetings, but they don’t have set procedures around it. Having these set procedures keeps a business on top of it and at the end of the day, safer.
  • Site Inspection: We will come out to your place of work to ensure the safety of individuals, property, and the environment by proactively identifying and mitigating risks before they lead to accidents, injuries, or damage.
