Lakeside Insurance Center Partners with Arvada Chamber of Commerce To Offer Big Savings on Worker’s Compensation Insurance

ARVADA, Colo., September 26, 2011 – Lakeside Insurance Center has joined forces with the Arvada Chamber of Commerce to offer a group insurance plan designed to significantly reduce business owners’ workers’ compensation costs.

The plan provides a four percent automatic discount on premiums and the opportunity for an additional dividend based on the groups’ loss experience.  Joining the group also allows for advanced risk management and tailored accident prevention plans for member businesses.

 ”A business which pays approximately $6,500 in premiums saves enough money to pay their annual chamber dues,” said Michael McCarron, president of Lakeside Insurance. “In these tough economic times your local business wins, the chamber wins, and you continue to support a fellow Arvada chamber member and longtime Arvada-based business.”

 Since 2007, Arvada chamber members have saved more than $113,000 in premiums and received more than $50,000 in dividend payments.

 “We are happy to partner with Lakeside Insurance to offer chamber members-only discounts to save on workers’ compensation insurance and lower their overall cost of doing business,” said Arvada Chamber president Dot Wright. “Last year the Chamber saved members over $22,000 through the group dividend plan, and we hope to do even better in 2012 by partnering with Lakeside Insurance.”
